1 - Side Lunge Jump + 4 runs (R & L)
2 - 2 Plank walks + lower to plank hold + 2 kick backs + roll :)
3 - Pistol Squats (R & L)
4 - Dive Bombers + 2 Push ups
5 - Triangle Lunges (R & L)
End with a Plank! Of course.... OH and I added some Super-WOMAN push-ups in there too!! Why not!! Have a FABULOUS Weekend and CareyOn!! :)

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!! I LOVE Love!!! Don't forget to do something for your sweetheart today as well as yourself!! I am SO BLESSED to have the man that I have by my side!
