Hello Everyone!! :) Here is your/my B-day Week Workout!! The title of this video pretty much describes me Everyday lately with this Diet I am on!! It seemed fitting :) This is a GREAT workout for beginners trying to get their fitness journey started!! There is 17 rounds at 45 seconds each with a 10 second rest in-between! Also... I have to mention that Kaylee at Callidora did my Make-up. We will be trying a few different looks for my competition!! Go see her for help on applying make-up, or if you need her to match your skin!! Anything... She is SOOOO FABULOUS at what she does!! Thank You again Kaylee!! Here is your workout!! :)
1 - Side Lunge Jump + 4 runs (R & L)
2 - 2 Plank walks + lower to plank hold + 2 kick backs + roll :)
3 - Pistol Squats (R & L)
4 - Dive Bombers + 2 Push ups
5 - Triangle Lunges (R & L)
End with a Plank! Of course.... OH and I added some Super-WOMAN push-ups in there too!! Why not!! Have a FABULOUS Weekend and CareyOn!! :)
