Hello Everyone!! :) Here is your/my B-day Week Workout!! The title of this video pretty much describes me Everyday lately with this Diet I am on!! It seemed fitting :) This is a GREAT workout for beginners trying to get their fitness journey started!! There is 17 rounds at 45 seconds each with a 10 second rest in-between! Also... I have to mention that Kaylee at Callidora did my Make-up. We will be trying a few different looks for my competition!! Go see her for help on applying make-up, or if you need her to match your skin!! Anything... She is SOOOO FABULOUS at what she does!! Thank You again Kaylee!! Here is your workout!! :)
1 - Side Lunge Jump + 4 runs (R & L)
2 - 2 Plank walks + lower to plank hold + 2 kick backs + roll :)
3 - Pistol Squats (R & L)
4 - Dive Bombers + 2 Push ups
5 - Triangle Lunges (R & L)
End with a Plank! Of course.... OH and I added some Super-WOMAN push-ups in there too!! Why not!! Have a FABULOUS Weekend and CareyOn!! :)

Photo: I am learning this EVERYDAY! Saying No to the Cookies, Graham Crackers and Milk (my FAVORITE) gets Easier and Easier! Some days are easier than others!! I have to tell myself.... it will be worth it!! :) Just keep PUSHING!!! Don't give up!!

Hey guys!! Here is my LUCKY # 7 workout!! It is so fun because you can do all these moves with a partner! It is always good to have a partner because it makes you be accountable to eachother. Whether it is meeting eachother at the gym, or eating good together, it is ALWAYS good to have that extra support!! So GO GRAB A PARTNER!! Right NOW!! The moves are as follows :
1 - Jump over Burpee + Plank Hold
2 - High 5 x 2 + 2 Push-ups
3 - Jump Lunge + Squat
4 - Medicine Ball Toss + Squat
At the VERY end add in 50 sec. of Tricep dips!!!
YOU ARE GONNA BE SO GLAD YOU DID THIS!!! It seriously takes less than 15 minutes and you will be sweating!! I promise!!

Hey guys! :) I am back for another HIIT workout. This workout is really challenging so REALLY push yourself! DON'T STOP!! There are 4 Different Workouts and there are 3 Rounds.... meaning there is a CRAZYCORE!! WooHoo!! The workout is 50 seconds work and 10 seconds rest and the moves are as follows :
1 - Long Jump + Burpee + Plyo Jump + 2 hops back
2 - Sit up + Cross toe touch
3 - 4 hops up on Bench + 4 hops in & out
4 - Wall-ups + Push up and OF COURSE we are going to hold a 50 second plank after round 3!! Of course!! :)
You are going to LOVE me but HATE me!! And like I have said.... I am TOTALLY okay with that :) Work hard, Push yourself and SQUEEZE ;)

4) 4 Strict Mountain Climbers + 4 Star Jumps
5) Crab Toe touches

Hey Guys, Its Ash... back for Workout number 4! P.S. I COULD NOT TALK TODAY! Sorry :) This is a HIIT interval workout, so set your timer (phone) for 50 seconds Work and 10 Seconds Rest. Here are your exercises,
1) 8 High Knees + drop to the ground + Tuck
2) Lunge + Fly + Chest Press
3) Criss Cross + Jump Tuck
4) 2 Froggers + 2 Bum lifts
THATS IT!! But believe me.... it is tough!!

Hello Everyone! :) Here is my second workout video for you guys and I am So glad to share it with you!! :) This is a High Intensity Interval Training video! My FAVE!! Just wanted to let you know about half way through you will hear some music start :( Sorry about that!! :) Each interval is 50 seconds long with a 10 second break. The moves are as follows:
1 - Burpee + toe raise + Squat + tuck jump surf
2 - Plank arm raise R & L
3 - Back Lunge + Front leg straight kick R & L
4 - 4 x Strict Mtn Climbers + 8 x regular Mtn. Climbers
GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! Do modifications when needed!

Turkey Muffin Recipe

2 lbs. Lean Ground Turkey
3 egg whites
1 ½ cup of oats
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. thyme
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or one depending on how spicy you want it)
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 small onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped OR I used a green pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Place in muffin tins. Bake for 50 minutes.
