Anyways.... here is your workout!! 50 seconds work and 10 seconds rest
1 - Jump lunge + Tuck jump + lunge
2 - Wood-chop + Kettle Bell (weight) swing squats
3 - Sumo-kick + Side lunge
4 - Box Jump Burpees
5 - Low plank hold + kick-outs
6 - Froggers
I say "holy crap" a lot in this one.... But seriously.... Holy Crap!!!
