1 - Long Jump + Burpee + Plyo Jump + 2 hops back
2 - Sit up + Cross toe touch
3 - 4 hops up on Bench + 4 hops in & out
4 - Wall-ups + Push up and OF COURSE we are going to hold a 50 second plank after round 3!! Of course!! :)
You are going to LOVE me but HATE me!! And like I have said.... I am TOTALLY okay with that :) Work hard, Push yourself and SQUEEZE ;)
