Hey you guys!! I AM SOOOOO EXCITED for you to see and do this workout with me and my sisters!! My sisters are the most amazing women i know! Not only are they my sisters but they are my Best Friends!! I am SO BLESSED to have such amazing gals by my side!! Okay.... Now for the workout breakdown! It is 50 sec work and 10 sec rest. The exercises are as follows :
1) Burpee + Jack
2) 3 Jump Lunges + 2 Bicep Curls
3) Pogos
4) 4 Strict Mountain Climbers + 4 Star Jumps
5) Crab Toe touches
The END!!
