Hey guys!! Here is my LUCKY # 7 workout!! It is so fun because you can do all these moves with a partner! It is always good to have a partner because it makes you be accountable to eachother. Whether it is meeting eachother at the gym, or eating good together, it is ALWAYS good to have that extra support!! So GO GRAB A PARTNER!! Right NOW!! The moves are as follows :
1 - Jump over Burpee + Plank Hold
2 - High 5 x 2 + 2 Push-ups
3 - Jump Lunge + Squat
4 - Medicine Ball Toss + Squat
At the VERY end add in 50 sec. of Tricep dips!!!
YOU ARE GONNA BE SO GLAD YOU DID THIS!!! It seriously takes less than 15 minutes and you will be sweating!! I promise!!
